• Your DNS queries.

To provide, maintain, and optimize our services, we collect only the absolute minimum data necessary:

A. Minimal Connectivity Telemetry

To ensure smooth server operations, fair usage, and to display real-time statistics in your app, we temporarily collect limited diagnostic numbers. This data is observed in real-time and includes:

• Bandwidth Usage: Total bytes transferred (Tx + Rx) during an active session. This data is overwritten or reset upon disconnection.
• Connection Status: Your temporarily assigned virtual IP address and the server location you are connected to.

Note: This data is not linked to your identity or real IP address and is strictly used for dashboard statistics and routing stability.

B. Account and Payment Information

• Account Data: If you create an account, we may store your email address for authentication and customer support, managed securely through services like Firebase Authentication.
• Subscription Data: Payments and subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly plans) are processed securely via Apple StoreKit. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To establish and maintain a secure VPN tunnel using the WireGuard protocol.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To manage app subscriptions and access rights.
• To display real-time connectivity telemetry within the ZapVPN app.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate ZapVPN:

• Firebase: We use Firebase (by Google) for real-time data syncing (such as telemetry) and backend operations. Your data interactions with Firebase are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: All in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Subscription data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Security Measures

Your VPN connection is secured using the state-of-the-art WireGuard® protocol, which provides high-speed and highly secure encryption standards.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal account data we may hold (e.g., your email address). Since we do not log your activity, we cannot provide or delete historical activity logs because they do not exist.
