Terms and Conditions for ZapVPN

Welcome to ZapVPN. By downloading, accessing, or using the ZapVPN application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Service

ZapVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to enhance your online privacy and security. The service utilizes the WireGuard® protocol.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Plans: ZapVPN offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the ZapVPN service. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree NOT to use ZapVPN to:

• Engage in any illegal or unlawful activities under local, national, or international law.
• Distribute copyright-protected material without authorization (e.g., illegal torrenting/piracy).
• Transmit viruses, malware, trojans, or any other malicious code.
• Launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in any network or system.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
• Access, view, or distribute child sexually exploitative material.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or refund, if we determine you have violated these Terms.

4. No-Logs Policy

We respect your privacy. ZapVPN operates under a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not track, log, or store your browsing history, destination data, or DNS queries. For more details on what minimal telemetry data is collected (e.g., bandwidth usage for dashboard stats), please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZapVPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide 100% uptime and high-speed connections, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ZapVPN, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operating ZapVPN is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
